3. NFT Ownership and License


When you purchase an NFT from Tationousfam, you own the digital token representing that unique artwork. Ownership of the NFT grants you personal use rights, including displaying the artwork in your digital wallet, on compatible platforms, or in personal settings. However, purchasing an NFT does not grant you ownership of the underlying intellectual property rights, which remain with Tationousfam or the original artist.


4. Restrictions on Use


You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the NFT artwork for commercial purposes without our express permission.
  • Use Tationousfam’s NFTs or artwork in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Modify or attempt to bypass the technological protection measures associated with our NFTs.


5. Sales and Transfers


Tationousfam NFTs are sold on an "as-is" basis. Upon purchase, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. You may transfer or resell NFTs you own on compatible platforms, but you acknowledge that resale is subject to applicable fees, including royalties set by Tationousfam or the creator.


6. Fees and Payment Terms


All NFT transactions may include transaction fees or network fees (often called “gas fees”) required by the blockchain network. By purchasing our NFTs, you agree to pay any applicable fees associated with the purchase and ownership transfer. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), and you are responsible for any additional costs or taxes incurred.
